Earlier this summer, Mexican restaurant M Cantina in Dearborn, Michigan, set a new Guinness World Record for offering the most varieties of commercially available agave spirits—they have 1,825 distinct bottlings, to be precise—shattering the record previously held by New Jersey’s Meximodo with 1,033.
