Croda Shares Jump After US Investor Discloses Over 5% Stake

Croda International Plc’s stock jumped the most in nearly five months after an American investment management company disclosed it held more than 5% voting rights in the British chemicals supplier.

Shares of Croda — which supplies compounds to the likes of makeup giant Estée Lauder Cos. and drugmaker Sanofi SA — rose 4.7%, the biggest one-day jump since April 23.
