Holy City Madinah Surpasses Riyadh as Top Saudi Housing Market

Transaction values in the city surged 49% from a year ago, while volumes rose 38% — outpacing every other major city including Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca and the Eastern Province, the firm said in its latest research report.
