Shein Group Ltd. has confidentially filed for a Hong Kong listing, people familiar with the matter said, marking another step for the fast-fashion retailer to become a publicly traded company.

Shein recently filed a draft prospectus with Hong Kong’s stock exchange, the people said, asking not to be identified because the matter is private. Considerations are ongoing and no final decisions have been made, the people said, adding that details such as timing and size remain unclear, the people said.
