The decision comes after the European Public Prosecutor’s Office sent the Greek parliament a case file about alleged wrongdoing by the Greek Payment Authority of Common Agricultural Policy, which is known as Opekepe and manages European Union farming subsidies. The file isn’t public, though members of parliament can read it.
