Hedge Funds Caxton, Kapitalo Hire Former Itau’s Treasury Traders

Two former traders at Itau Unibanco Holding SA’s treasury desk are joining hedge funds Caxton Associates and Kapitalo Investimentos, according to people familiar with the matter.

Thiago Ribeiro is expected to start at macro fund Caxton later this month in London, said the people, who requested anonymity to discuss private details. Andre Baum was tapped by Kapitalo, one of Brazil’s largest hedge fund managers, the people said.
