UK Banknote-Printer De La Rue Jumps on Stake Sale Talks
De La Rue Plc jumped to hit the highest level in almost three years after the British currency printer said it is in talks to sell a stake in the business.
The Basingstoke-based firm is in discussions to sell a stake of as much as 40% to Disruptive Capital GP Ltd. and Pension SuperFund Capital at £1.25 per share, according to a statement on Thursday. The interested investors are not seeking statutory control of De La Rue, it said.
