American drivers could soon end up paying more at the pump after Exxon Mobil Corp. shutBloomberg Terminal a gasoline unit at one of the largest US refineries for unexpected repairs.

Gasoline futures prices jumped as much as 5.2% to about $3 a gallon, the highest since October, on news that a supply disruption at Exxon’s Baton Rouge, Louisiana, refinery could last for much of the rest of the summer driving season.
